	John Parisella         Diplomat, Former Chief of Staff & Special Advisor at NATIONAL Public Relations John Parisella is well known and respected by Presidents and Premiers. Over the course of his career, he held numerous positions in the public sphere, including chief of staff for Quebec Premiers, author, business manager, political analyst, and Quebec’s delegate general in New York City. For more than 40 years, John Parisella advised our country’s leaders. Over the last few years, he became a privileged observer of the US policy. Mr. Parisella was named a member of the Order of Canada in 2017 as well as an officer of the National Order of Quebec in 2016. In 2014, he was honoured with a TOP 20 diversity award at the Grand Prix Mosaïque – Lys de la Diversité du Québec.
	Donna Achimov             Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy Director at FINTRAC Donna Achimov is currently the Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy Director of the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC). She has held numerous senior executive positions within the Government of Canada, including Assistant Deputy Minister, Human Resources Branch of Public Services and Procurement Canada where she was responsible for supporting a culture of high performance by strengthening the HR management practices, through the implementation of talent management at all organizational levels, strategic workforce planning, learning and development, with a focus on workplace wellbeing. She is passionate about changing the public service culture to allow more innovation and creativity and speaks frequently on topics of leadership, mental health, diversity and issues that affect the next generation of public service leaders.
