The Cprime Admin will:

  • Be the point person executing Slack requests from the IT team OR being the person responding directly to inbound requests through a Slack channel, user group, or ticketing system such as Jira Service Desk

  • Service typical admin requests such as provisioning, shared channel requests, app/integration requests

  • Escalate requests where higher approval is needed, but service the end user in how the process the request

  • Evolve best practices of Slack usage and change management

  • Clean-up where needed (channels, workspaces, groups, redundant apps) 

  • Manual user clean-up

  • Confirmation provisioning and de-provisioning are functioning
