+ Cprime Admin Package
You focus on delighting your customers, and Cprime will focus on running Slack.
The Cprime Admin will:
- Be the point person executing Slack requests from the IT team OR being the person responding directly to inbound requests through a Slack channel, user group, or ticketing system such as Jira Service Desk
- Service typical admin requests such as provisioning, shared channel requests, app/integration requests
- Escalate requests where higher approval is needed, but service the end user in how the process the request
- Evolve best practices of Slack usage and change management
- Clean-up where needed (channels, workspaces, groups, redundant apps)
- Manual user clean-up
- Confirmation provisioning and de-provisioning are functioning
